Wow! I'm really glad I got the computer fixed...thanks for the opportunity!

I love your Mackenzie and Cpt. Lacey stories! They were some of the first 'Kindle' books I bought. As someone who has Italian and Scottish ancestors, I'm a sucker for good stories about 'families'. I'm so glad that Daniel gets his own story -- he's a sweetheart. (And we share a smiliar name! ;o)) I'm waiting impatiently for Sept 1 and "The Untamed Mackenzie".

Sorry this wasn't more coherent but thanks again for the opportunity!

Thank you for the opportunity to win an ARC of this book. I want to win because I don't want to have to wait until release day to find out what happens next with my favorite Mackenzie!

Being a new empty nester I am relying on books to keep me occupied. After years of reading at soccer, volleyball, dancing, etc. practices I can read at home or the park with no interruptions. The MacKenzies are a perfect mix of romance, humor, and adventure for me.

The Mackenzie books are each a pleasure into which I love to escape. I don't have clever words to explain how much I'd like to win the ARC - leave that to you and your books - but you'd make an old lady pretty happy if I did win. And I'll wear plaid if I win!

Thank you!

I would be most pleased and honored to win because I finally got four teens sent off to their various schools, countries, dorms, homerooms, and rides on the school-bound big yellow cheese and I am alone in the quiet for the first time since early May and frankly getting lost in Daniel's story would probably make me a better mom than getting lost in a bottle of wine. Again.

Bnickle6990@att.net

And also, I am now entertained by the notion of an actual robot filling this out, bypassing the "human check" security and anxiously checking its email to see if it won.

First and foremost, thank you so much for this opportunity. I've been captivated by Jennifer Ashley's shifter series, and I would really love to try one of her historical romances. I'm an avid book reader, and I devour anything in the romance section with Jennifer Ashley being on the top of the list. I hope to become a writer one day myself; being able to read such wonderful romances by fantastic authors just cements my desire to make this happen. Can't wait to read her book regardless of if I win or not. I love supporting my favorite authors!

It's going to be so exciting to see how Daniel has been affected by the Mackenzie outlook on relationships - I think seeing his father and uncles find women who bring light into the dark corners of that family will have given him a better outlook, but the spectre of his mother must hang over him, a least a little.

Thanks for having this giveaway! Even if I win, I'm still keeping my pre-order on amazon because you're such a great writer. :-)

I got addicted to this Highland Pleasures whole series and what got me started on this series was The Madness Of Lord Ian Mackenzie (Highland Pleasures #1). Ian drew me in and it was written with great care, sensitivity and a lot cheekiness, which made me laugh and at time the story made me cry and I've re-read this book 4 time so far. I loved it all. As was the same with the following books. I'm very addicted to the whole series and anything else that Jennifer writes. A very unique author and a deep pleasure to read and I can't wait to read more! And in particular, this wonderful series.

I'd like to win because October is too far away. Also, I loved how you developed Danny as a character throughout the series. He could've easily become your typical hardened rake but instead recognizes the strength of his father and uncles' relationships and wants something like that for himself. It's so nice to have a decent-from-the-start hero for a change.

There is something captivating about the Mackenzies, isn't there (and not just in a bondage way...although..there IS that). They are so tortured and so basically decent and want so much (perhaps DEEP down) to be loved. Because this is the way that I often feel, I would really appreciate a chance to read the ARC (and post the review as well). And I would love to see if Daniel surplant Ian in my heart.

Here's my "top 10" ala Dave...

10. I leave quippy comments and jokes on your Facebook statuses, which usually gain a lot of "likes". (Jennifer Jacobs)

9. I have asked both Barnes AND Noble why they don't carry more of your books and INSISTED that they order them.

8.My Scottish heritage (read: cheap) requires that I try to win a book if the opportunity presents itself.

7. As an actress I am always looking for examples of strong women to emulate - and yours are always strong.

6. We have the same first name.

5. Kilts turn me on.

4. What do they where under those kilts, anyway?

3. OK - thinking about men in kilts is getting me distracted.

2. Mmmm....men in kilts.

1. I'm a single girl and my only relationship joy is living vicariously through the Mackenzie hotties.

Thank you!
