FIREWALKER Countdown Giveaway--COYOTE
The countdown to FIREWALKER continues!
DAY 2--COYOTE
Janet to Coyote: “It's always so comforting to talk to you.”
Coyote chuckled. "I could do more than comfort, if you’d let me."
Coyote, the first character cast for the Stormwalker series, takes over every scene he’s in. He’s Coyote, the Native American god, and he can shape shift between a coyote and a big, hard-muscled Native American. He’s snarky, he’s funny, he’s powerful, and he’s strong, with a penchant for trouble and an eye for the ladies. He can be protective of the weak, and no one messes with those he protects. No one messes with him, period--except maybe Mick. Coyote has a lot of respect for Mick. (You can read more about Coyote in the novella: "A Little Night Magic," by Allyson James in the Hot for the Holidays anthology [Oct. 2009]).
From FIREWALKER:
Janet: “You’ve been a lot of help. As usual.”
“I’m not here to help, Janet,” Coyote said. “I’m here to keep the balance.”
“And screw as much as you can?”
A flicker of his usual grin crossed his face. “That too.”

I look forward to reading Stormwalker. I had read the Immortals series and enjoyed Adrian/Amber; Hunter/Leda and had looked for more books by you to read. I wasn't aware that you also wrote under Allyson James until I found your website.
Thanks for the comments! I've been a little too busy to pop in here, but I read them all (and store your names for the giveaway of course!)
Barbi-b: Also try Immortals: The Redeeming (Tain/Samantha) by me as Jennifer Ashley. I love that one. :-)
Isn't Coyote also known as the trickster? He sounds interesting!
I don't know if posting on Goodreads shows up here eventually but just in case I'll comment here. Love big Alpha type Native American Indians lately. And a God to boot, sexy. :)
